SGRI-A package of audible warning and information equipment is a terminating equipment with open protocol, i.e. it can be connected with any device. The package possesses a complete list of controlled parameters; moreover, it is able to monitor state of both feeder lines and radiators. It comprises a control panel to operate at the place of installation in the absence of commands and signals from a senior warning equipment package.

SGRI-A equipment package is intended to transmit warning signals and emergency information to population about danger arising at a risk of occurrence or at occurrence of emergency situations of natural or production induced origin, about rules of population conduct and necessity to execute protection measures.

SGRI-A equipment package is used to create an integrated exchange network as a terminating equipment and ensures joint operation with packages of warning equipment recommended for use in EMERCOM of Russia as part of an integrated network.

SGRI-A equipment package ensures the following:

– Coupling and joint operation with packages of warning equipment (hereinafter referred to as PWE) recommended for use in EMERCOM of Russia, and natural and production induced situation monitoring systems.
– Generation, transfer and receipt of signals and emergency warning information.
– Generation and transmission of signal and warning information receipt acknowledgment.
– A possibility of remote control of audible warning and information equipment.
– Data receipt from transportation network from PWE via standard Ethernet joints, linear input.
– Data receipt from PWE via dry contacts and linear input.
– Data receipt from PWE via linear input.
– A possibility of circular and elective warning information transmission.
– Protection against unauthorised access to equipment (its components).
– Equipment (its components) monitoring without activation of terminating warning equipment.
– Twenty-four-hour operation of the package and state monitoring of its main components.
– Word intelligibility during speech message transmission shall be not less that 93 %.
– Time of warning signal transmission shall not exceed 5 seconds.
Depending on its design, the package can be supplied from:
– 220 V mains
– 220 V mains with the use of UPS and storage battery ensuring package functioning in case of main power supply loss for at least 24 hours in standby mode and for 15 minutes in warning mode.
– From DC mains 27(24) V

FOR UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM

Small-size loudspeaking equipment for installation onto a loudspeaking equipment is intended for sound coverage (voice acting) of inacccessible and hardly accessible areas.

The device has a number of structural peculiarities:

– Weight of the device is reduced to the maximum extent owing to composite materials, refusal of conventional methods of equipment cooling, and exclusion of massive connections out of the structure.

– Supply voltage +(17-27) V is adapted for unmanned aircraft system.

– Front of acoustic shape generated by radiator considers peculiar impact of powerful air flow coming from under a rotor of an aircraft system.

– The device can be controlled remotely; commands for activation/deactivation of the device and voice messages are transmitted via a radio channel.

Recommended height of broadcasting in rural areas is 1000 m, in cities – up to 330 m.

Small-size loudspeaker was developed and tested with Research and Development Enterprise “RADAR MMS”. MBPV-37 unmanned aircraft with below described parameters was used as a carrier:<

– Flight time is 60 minutes

– Operating height range is 50 to 1000 m

– Radio communication range is 18 km.

– Maximum allowed wind speed is 10 m/s

PORTABLE SMALL-SIZE LOUDSPEAKING EQUIPMENT

PORTABLE SMALL-SIZE LOUDSPEAKING EQUIPMENT

The device is a unit combining an acoustic radiator and an amplifier in a single housing. The front side of the casing is radiator’s waveguide opening. On the rear side of the casing there are positioning notch for fastening of a quick-detachable replaceable storage battery and a connection for control panel. Carrying handle is located on the top side of the device; a fastener for a support or tripod can be arranged on the bottom side.p>

The device is intended for transmission of various audio signals and speech messages for a distance of up to 260 m in a city and 860 m in rural areas (see Table “Operating range” on p. 21).p>

The device is supplied from a storage battery with a capacity of 5.2 Ah. Two storage batteries and a charger operating on 220 V AC mains are included into the scope of supply. Fully charged storage battery makes it possible to transmit speech messages continuously during one hour. Lightweight storage batteries with a capacity of 2.6 Ah can be supplied.

The device is intended for sound coverage (voice acting) of residential and industrial development and other areas as part of various systems, packages, equipment, etc. It is used under conditions of increased ambient noise and under other severe conditions. It can be based on various vehicles (cars, helicopters, etc.), at watchtowers and tall buildings in cities, as well as in premises (port, shop, railway station and other premises). Main application area is EMERCOM divisions. Besides main application area, the device can be used during police and military operations, on coast defense ships, for the purpose of civil defense, protection of various territories, in rescue operations, at hazardous production facilities, etc.

AI-300 acoustic radiator ensures electric energy conversion into acoustic energy of direct effect and a possibility to develop high sound pressure required for message transmission for long distances. Its can be equipped with an additional horn. The device corresponds to requirements to stability, strength and resistance to external factors for versions 1.3 as per GOST RV 20.39.304-98 for macroclimatic areas with boreal climate (UKhL).

ADDITIONAL HORN

It provides for a possibility to adjust a radiator to each certain task. Installation of an additional horn makes it possible to do the following: – increase sound pressure level by 1.5 dB. – shift the lower frequency limit from 400 up to 350 Hz. – change directional diagram in a horizontal plane from 40° to 30°. Exclusion of an additional horn from the device configuration makes it possible to do the following: – decrease dimensions from 500х140х560 to 205х140х410 mm. – save extra 1.4 kg.

PACKAGES (UNITS) OF AI-300 RADIATORS

On lateral surfaces of the acoustic radiator there are 16 holes (8 per each side) intended for radiator connection to each other.

Radiators assembled into packages form a united front of acoustic wave including interference attenuations. This is a fundamental advantage of AI-300 as compared to its competitors. It makes it possible to obtain a 5 dB gain for each duplication of the number of radiators. (A majority of usual loudspeakers have a spherical wave form, which in case of their number increase leads to significant interference and a gain of only 3 dB).

A number of radiators assembled into one unit and sound pressure level generated by them shall be restricted by their dimensions.

Изделие предназначено для звукопокрытия (озвучивания) жилой и промышленной застройки в составе комплекса технических средств акустического оповещения и информирования «СГРИ-А», а также для использования в качестве источника звука при озвучивании различных пространств в составе других систем, комплексов, средств и т.д. Применяется в условиях повышенного окружающего шума и в других сложных условиях обстановки.

Изделие используется в составе переносных звуковещательных станций. Основная область применения – подразделения МЧС, поисково спасательные службы. Наряду с основной областью применения изделие может применяться в полицейских и военных операциях, на кораблях береговой охраны, в целях гражданской обороны, в охране различных территорий, в спасательных операциях и т.д.

Акустический излучатель «ВСБ-ИЗ-2» обеспечивает преобразование электрической энергии в акустическую энергию направленного действия и возможность развивать высокие звуковые давления, необходимые для передачи сообщений на большие расстояния. Может комплектоваться дополнительным рупором.

Изделие соответствует требованиям по стойкости, прочности и устойчивости к воздействию внешних факторов группы исполнения 1.3 по ГОСТ РВ 20.39.304-98 для макроклиматических районов с умеренно-холодным климатом (УХЛ).

” telecommunication cabinet;  power is supplied from 27 V DC source or 220 V AC mains depending on design version; number of amplifying channels is 2.

Each channel of the device is designed for connection of 1 to 4 AI-300 acoustic radiators.

Structurally design version “02” is designed as a tight metal unit intended for installation onto a flat surface; power is supplied from 27 V DC source; number of amplifying channels is 1.

The device is designed for connection of 1 to 4 AI-300 acoustic radiators.

It is intended for installation of a storage battery, voltage converter, charger, and power amplifier into it, for storage and transportation of connecting cables as well as for switching of components of a device, package etc. protected against external adverse impact.

KS-01 switch unit is a small-size frameless cabinet with internal partitions. Compartments for installation of a storage battery, voltage converter, and a charger are provided for in the lower part of the rack. In the upper part of the rack there are compartments for installation of BUS-24 amplifying unit and for storage and transportation of connecting cables. All the devices located inside shall be connected with switching panels located on side walls of a switch rack with the use of cables laid inside the cabinet during production. Front and rear panels are removable cabinet covers locked in closed position with six latches installed on side walls of the cabinet. On the side walls of the rack there are carrying handles. On the lower panel there are four rotating wheels with a stopper.

It is intended for installation of acoustic radiators onto KS-01 switch rack as well as onto various tripods, racks, and watchtowers with bore diameters of 35 mm. There are design versions intended for installation of one to eight radiators. The structure of OPM-360R makes it possible to choose the type of radiators when fastening: with a horn or without it and to exclude a possibility of vertical rotation during operation.
The mechanism ensures 360° rotation of a radiator in a horizontal plane and 100°-180° rotation in a vertical plane depending on the design version.

Rotary support for installation and fastening of a unit consisting of four radiators, without additional horns, onto a car. It ensures location of radiators with a rotating device actuator on a standard baggage compartment. OPM-540 is a welded structure made of 25x40 mm steel profile. It is intended for operation with an electromechanical rotating device providing for remote selection with visual monitoring of radiation direction from passenger compartment. It makes it possible to use a rotating device with rotation angle up to +180° / - 270

OPM-240

OPM-240

Rotary support for installation and fastening of a unit consisting of four radiators, with additional horns, onto UAZ Hunter or other cars. It ensures location of radiators with a rotating device actuator on a standard baggage compartment.

OPM-240 is a welded structure made of aluminum alloy. It is intended for operation with an electromechanical rotating device providing for remote selection with visual monitoring of radiation direction from passenger compartment. It makes it possible to use a rotating device with rotation angle up to ± 120°

OPM-MI17

OPM-MI17 rotary support is intended for installation of five AI-300 acoustic radiators onto MI-17 (MI-8) helicopter. The support fits perfectly in a standard hatch located in the bottom and does not require changes of helicopter structure. Thus installation of the device takes a few minutes and does not require special tool or skills.

The mechanism components are made of AMG-2M aluminum alloy five mm thick, welded with the use of argon welding and are lightweight to maximum extent/

OPM-MI17 has several locked positions of a package of radiators. In initial (upper) state, radiators do not go beyond helicopter hull and look vertically downwards. This position of the mechanism is required for helicopter take-off, transportation of radiators for long distances, and for signal and message transmission vertically downwards when a helicopter hovers above a required facility. The other positions of OPM go beyond limit sizes of helicopter hull and make it possible to position AI-300 at a required angle towards ground. Minimum angle of fixation of 5° makes it possible to transmit signals for a distance of 2 and more kilometers at flight height of more than 150 meters. Large radiation angles in relation to ground surface are intended for lesser ranges and can be adjusted 10°- or 15°-fold.

Adjustment can be performed by one person during flight from helicopter cabin.

The most efficient transmission is achieved at a distance from 400 to 1000 meters as noise level caused by helicopter is already reduced while radiator volume is still high enough. Transmission at the distances is achieved by adjustment of a rotary support at an angle from 30° to 15° between radiation direction and ground surface at flight height of 150 — 200 meters.

Inside a helicopter rotary support shall be covered with a light enclosure to prevent noisy sounds or air flows entering from under a rotor.
